We are still in process of decorating and taking photos of the unit. It has two bedrooms, a large kitchen and family room. Three full bathrooms, one with steam room. Shared spaces includes the gym , attached bathroom with steam and the patio off this area. The grounds are shared.
Private patio and grill. * Note we have a stack washer/dryer. The washer is broken again. We’ve had several service calls so far have not solved the issue. We removed it from the listing amenities for now.

You do not have access to pool or main house, as that is private.

We live on site and share the common area's as noted and are happy to answer any questions you have and engage as much as you want. We do not allow pets due to allergies of family members and we have a cat on site but Charlie is not allowed in your unit. However note that the former owners had dogs and cats in this unit and while we have cleaned and hepa filtered we cannot guarantee there will be no allergen's present . No refunds should allergies affect your stay.

Near the beach in La Jolla Shores about 20 minutes walk to beach access. We walk, note it’s a busy street so if you are carrying a lot would be better to e-bike or drive/uber.

Amenities, furnishings and decorations are subject to change but the bed size and quality will be consistent.
Noted in the settings it’s not child friendly because of all the windows and doors on a second floor. All these can be locked down so by all means reach out if you would like to discuss. We do not have coverings on any electric plugs or child gates etc.
